When will my WattLock arrive?
Orders are normally dispatched within 1–2 working days and delivered within 2–5 working days after dispatch. The estimated delivery window is shown next to the checkout button before you order. You'll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow your parcel to your door.
Delivery times can be longer during bank holidays, severe weather or Royal Mail and courier strikes. If your parcel seems delayed, email us with your order number and we'll chase it for you.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver free to every UK address, including England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and islands. We don't currently ship outside the UK. Parcels are small and usually fit through a letterbox or are left in a safe place, depending on the courier.
